Candidates

L&D Ecosystem
Access to elite tests, mentorship programs, and professional learning resources.
4. Usage Protocols
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Automated Data Scraping
Using bots or crawlers to harvest candidate data or job listings.
Impersonation
Creating fake profiles or misrepresenting professional credentials.
Infrastructure Impairment
Any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our technical ecosystem.
Unauthorized Access
Attempting to bypass security protocols or access another user's account.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform's design, source code, 33Score™ methodology, and the AI Interviewer Sarah are proprietary intellectual property of Strategia Advisor Private Limited. Users grant the Platform a license to use submitted content (Resumes, Job Descriptions) solely to facilitate the hiring process.
7. Fees & Payments
Access to premium features (Elite Plus for Candidates, Growth/Scale for Recruiters) is subject to payment of the designated fees. All subscriptions are automatically renewing unless cancelled via the dashboard.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATEGIA ADVISOR PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
